Vitamin Treasure Trove: Beef tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E, K, and B1, as well as stearic acid, oleic acid, and saturated fat. This makes it a nourishing lip balm that's also incredibly shelf-stable! (Since these ingredients are unadulterated, slight variations in texture are common.)

Sourcing: Our tallow comes from smallholder farmers who practice regenerative agriculture. This means they rotate their herds year-round and feed nothing but grass. These healthy, happy cows produce a beautiful golden fat rich in vitamins and minerals. Our primary tallow supplier is Polyface Farms in Virginia. We render every batch of tallow on our own farm using slow-rendering techniques.

Gentle, clean aroma: Some tallow creams on the market can have a harsh odor. We're proud to bring you this tallow balm, which smells just lightly of butter upon opening, with no beefy or offensive pungent odors.
